OnService – Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
1. General Information
1.1. This document governs the relationship between OnService (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) within the scope of digital service provision.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time and to communicate such changes via the website or another communication channel agreed upon with the User.
This is a general version of the document. A more detailed version will be provided upon request or prior to order confirmation.
2. Services
OnService provides the following services:

Website development

Digital advertising

Personalized services

Design services

Video player

Control panel

Print advertising production

3. Service Delivery Terms
3.1. Services are delivered based on prior agreement and approval of the work plan.
3.2. The User is responsible for providing necessary materials, access, and decisions in a timely manner.
3.3. Deadlines and delivery conditions are confirmed in writing (via email or contract).

4. Pricing and Payment4.1. Prices are determined based on a pricing plan or project budget.
4.2. Payments may be made in stages or in full, depending on the agreement.
4.3. In case of non-payment or breach of terms, the Company reserves the right to suspend services and seek legal remedy from the appropriate authorities.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. The Company protects the User’s personal and commercial information in accordance with Georgian law.
5.2. Data is stored solely for the purpose of service provision.
5.3. Information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.
5.4. Confidentiality is maintained for at least 2 years after project completion.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Upon project completion, the client becomes the owner of the delivered materials, except for elements that are licensed or part of open-source code.
6.2. The Company retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

7. Post-Delivery Responsibility7.1. After delivery, the Company is not liable for misuse or improper application of the service by the User.
7.2. Any modifications by the client or third parties release the Company from any support obligations.
7.3. The User assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal compliance of the platform.

8. Refund Policy
8.1. Once the service has been delivered or activated, a refund will be issued only if:

There is a critical technical defect

The delivered product clearly deviates from previously agreed specifications

8.2. The amount of compensation will be determined based on the scope of the defect, delay, or breach.

9. Termination and Modifications
9.1. The client may terminate the service at any stage by compensating for work already completed.
9.2. The Company may terminate service in the event of a breach of terms by the client.

10. Consent and Legal Validity
10.1. Acceptance of this document, payment, or initiation of work constitutes agreement to these terms.
10.2. This document holds legal force under the Civil Code of Georgia (Articles 8, 317, 318).

11. Cookie Policy
11.1. OnService uses cookies to improve user experience and optimize services. Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device when visiting the website.
11.2. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

Session cookies required for website functionality

Analytical cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand user behavior

Functional cookies to store user preferences (language, region, etc.)

Marketing cookies for personalized advertising (if applicable)

11.3. The User has the right to:

Delete existing cookies from their device

12. Governing Language
In the event of any legal dispute or discrepancy between the Georgian and English versions of this document, the Georgian version shall prevail.
